Ride on historic Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, An amusement park turned into a nightmare that left a man paralyzed, a North Carolina couple alleges in a lawsuit.
The couple, identified as Gangia Adhikari and husband Kul Sannyashi, said they visited Family Kingdom Amusement Park July 23, 2021, and rode the wooden Swamp Fox roller coaster.
“As a result of the defendants’ carelessness, negligence, wantonness, willfulness and negligence while riding the roller coaster, the plaintiff’s husband sustained a severe spinal cord injury resulting in quadriplegia,” the lawsuit filed on June 20 alleges.

The couple alleged that the coaster was “extremely dangerous, more so than a normal roller coaster.”
The lawsuit says the Family Kingdom amusement park “failed to adequately warn customers” that the roller coaster could introduce riders.
litigation It also alleged that the amusement park failed to take precautions to ensure that the ride did not fall causing serious injuries for its users.
Attorney Morgan Martin told The Sun News Sanyashi was in a “terrible state”.
“The allegation is that it goes further [the roller coaster] Good and then goes down As a quadriplegic“Martin told the outlet. “It’s a very sad, sad day for that young man, who’s just in a horrible situation.”

The ascetic claimed that he had to undergo an operation which required expensive medical treatment, hospitalization and intensive care.
The lawsuit claims he requires 24-hour nursing care and is in excruciating pain, mental anguish and Depression due to his permanent injuries.
According to the lawsuit, the officer is claiming to lose companionship, fellowship, aid, assistance, company and more.
