Subsidy facility in Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana

Under this scheme, when you get your cylinder refilled, you will be provided a subsidy of up to ₹ 250. Beneficiaries get this subsidy on booking their gas cylinder, which is transferred directly to their account. The subsidy limit of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana is only up to 12 cylinders, and if you get more cylinders refilled in 1 year, you will not get subsidy.

- To apply online for Ujjwala Yojana you have to visit the official website.
- There, you will find the link of Ujjwala Yojana New Registration 2.0 on which you have to click.
- Through this link you will be taken to the next online page.
- There, you will find the names of three gas agencies and you have to select the agency whose connection you want.
- Then you have to select your state and district to complete the other process.
- After that, you will see a new list of all the gas distribution branches of the district.
- Select the nearest branch and click on “Continue”.
- Now you have to enter your mobile number and captcha code.
- Now the application form will appear in front of you.
- You have to fill the important information of the woman in the form and upload her important documents.
- Then you have to submit the application and take a printout.
- Now this printout along with other documents have to be submitted at the nearest branch.
- After few days, you will get the gas connection.
