- Candidates must have a degree in B.Sc Nursing or a 3-year diploma course in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).

For MPW posts:
- The minimum qualification required is a 12th pass in the Science stream with a paramedical basic training course/ Sanitary Inspector Course to apply for the MPW posts.
