National Bank of Housing will release the notification for recruitment to various Regular and Contractual posts, all eligible candidates must submit their online application form on or before 19th July 2024 through the webportal, there is no provision of offline channel to submit application.

NHB Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility criteria for various posts including Officers and Engineers are available below, go through the listed points to find out your eligibility in terms of education qualification and age limit.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from recognized institutions in relevant fields such as finance, engineering, management, economics, or IT-related disciplines.
- Age Limit: One must not be below 21 years and must adhere to specific age limits, typically up to 35 years, with upper age relaxation of 3 and 5 years for OBC and SC/ST, respectively.

NHB Application Fee 2024
To apply for recruitment of various posts of Managers, Officers, and others under the National Housing Board, a candidate will have to pay an application fee of 875 rupees as application fee and intimation charge using the debit card, credit card, NET Banking or any other provided payment gateway by the deadline ie July 19, 2024.
Note: Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribes and Person with Disability aspirants will not require any application fee, they are required to only 175 rupees as intimation charge.
NHB Selection Process 2024
The selection process for the post of Manager Officer and other posts under the National Housing Board consists of two stages, which are Online Examination and Interview. You may check the details regarding it from below.
- Online Examination: Candidates who will apply will be called for the first stage of the selection process, it is estimated that it will take place most probably in August or September 2024.
- Interview: Aspirants who will pass the CBT, will be called for Viva-voce, after the final selection list will be prepared on the basis of candidates’ performance in both stages.
