The Medical Counselling Committee has not officially confirmed any date for commencement of counselling procedure for three-year Masters of Dental Surgery, it is highly anticipated to begin in June 2024. One who took part in NEET MDS 2024 may check the complete procedure from below:

• Registration & Processing Fee Payment: Candidates will have to register on the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and pay the required processing fee.
• Choice Filling & Locking: After registration, Candidates must fill in their choices of colleges and courses according to their preferences. Once the choices are finalized, they need to lock them before the deadline.
• Seat Allotment: Based on the choices filled by the candidates and their NEET MDS rank, seats are allotted to them in various dental colleges across India.
• Upload of Documents & College Reporting: After seat allotment, candidates need to upload necessary documents for verification. Once the documents are verified, candidates must report to the allotted college within the specified time frame.

What are the required documents for NEET MDS 2024 Counselling?

The required documents for the NEET MDS 2024 counselling are as follows, one will have to upload the following documents after the seat allotment before college reporting.

• Internship Completion Certificate

Who can participate in the NEET MDS Counselling 2024?

To participate in NEET MDS 2024 counselling, candidates must have pursued Bachelor’s of Dental Surgery; completed a one-year internship; qualified the NEET MDS 2024, held by NBE in Medical Sciences, with minimum at least minimum requirement; and possess valid registration with the State Dental Council or DCI.

NEET MDS Counseling Registration Fee 2024

Candidates who want to participate in the online counselling for three-year Masters of Dental Surgery to be held by the Medical Counselling Committee, a candidate who belongs to General will have to make payment of ₹1,000/- as processing fee, individuals who belong to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, or Other Backward Class will have to make payment of only ₹500/-.

NEET MDS 2024 Seat Allotment

The Medical Counselling Committee will release the seat allotment result for each round within ten days after accepting the application from eligible candidates. Each individual needs to be aware of the fact that only those are going to be allocated first preference seats to get admission for three-year Masters of Dental Surgery, whose rank will be better among all the candidates.
