How can I make quick and easy carbonara?

A CHEF has revealed the secret to making the perfect carbonara every time – and you’ll only need five ingredients.

Italian-born Massimo Bianchi shares his recipes wine traveler, Emphasize the importance of eating it immediately after cooking.

To make the famous Italian dish, which dates back to ancient Rome, Massimo says all you need is guanciale (Italian pork cheek), eggs (3 egg whites, six egg yolks), spaghetti, Parmesan and pecorino cheese.

And if you’re struggling to get your hands on guanciale, then pancetta is a perfectly good alternative and can be found in most supermarkets.

An additional ingredient you will need is a glug of olive oil.

Massimo says you should start by sauteing your guanciale or pancetta in olive oil until crispy.

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and then whisk together in a mixing bowl before adding 25g pecorino and 25g Parmesan – add black pepper to taste.

Cook about 500g of spaghetti in salted water and drain, reserving some of the cooking water.

Add the pasta to the egg and cheese mixture as well as the cooked meat – if the mixture seems sticky, add the cooking water.

Serve immediately.

A third commented: “I’m going to start working 24-hour shifts.”

At the same time, many people were concerned that Jackie did not wash her frying pan properly before cooking.
