Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme 2024
This scheme has been started by the Chief Minister of Haryana state, Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar. Through this scheme, housing facilities will be provided to all the poor families of the state. People of Haryana state who do not have their own house to live in or are living in kutcha houses can buy houses or plots at low prices by applying under the Mukhyamantri Shahri Awas Yojana. Haryana government will provide benefits to 1 lakh economically weaker section families under this scheme.
Haryana state Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar has also launched the official portal of this scheme to apply for this scheme. The government will give priority to nomadic caste families to apply for this scheme. This scheme aims to help poor families take a step towards their dream home.

Many people have applied in the Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme started by the Haryana Government. About 851 applicants have applied to buy plots in this scheme. Plots have been allotted to them on 24 June 2024.
Benefits of Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme

Eligibility for Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme
- The benefit of Mukhyamantri Urban Housing Scheme will be provided only to the native residents of Haryana state.
- Only the citizens of urban areas in Haryana state can avail the benefits of this scheme.
- To avail the benefits of this scheme, the annual income of the applicant’s family should be less than Rs 1,80,000.
- The beneficiaries of PM Awas Yojana will not be given the benefit of this scheme.
- Those families who do not have their own house to live in or are living in a kutcha house can apply in this scheme.
- There should not be any house registered in the name of any member of the applicant’s family in the urban area.

- After this, your (Family ID) “Family Identification Card Number” fill.

- After this, enter the name of the member in whose name you want to apply.

- After this, connect to the registered mobile number through your family ID. “OTP” will be sent.

- After this you will see two options, flat and plot. If you want to buy a plot at a low price then select plot and if you want to buy a house at a low price then select flat option.
