Austin, Texas – The Austin Police Department released new images of a person of interest in connection with the death of a 34-year-old woman.
Police said they are still investigating the killing of 34-year-old Alyssa Ann Rivera.

On Friday, June 21, around 4:06 p.m., officers responded to a call of a body in the 2600 block of Metcalf Road. The caller said they saw what appeared to be a dead body.
When officers arrived, they found a dead woman, later identified as 34-year-old Alyssa Rivera, in an abandoned home.

On July 3, police released new images of a possible person of interest.
Detectives believe Rivera was killed by an unknown suspect at the home.
